Eh, ternyata pas pengumuman, saya juara 1. Huahhhhh, terharu deh rasanya....Seumur-umur baru kali ini menang sesuatu. Yang jelas, ini benar-benar jadi penyemangat banget, hehehehe.

Lapisan Coklat:
2 bks agar-agar putih atau coklat , 200 gr gula pasir, 800 cc susu coklat, 4 sdm coklat bubuk, 2 kuning telur.
Campur semua bahan ke dalam panci kecuali telur. Aduk rata hingga mendidih. Sementara itu kocok lepas kuning telur dalam wadah terpisah. Saat larutan agar mendidih, masukkan sesendok ke dalam adonan kuning telur dan aduk rata dengan cepat. Tuangkan adonan kembali ke dalam panci, aduk rata dan angkat. Tuang ke dalam gelas.
Lapisan Orange:
2 bks agar-agar bubuk putih atau orange, 200 gr gula pasir, 750cc air, 60gr Nutrisari Jeruk (5 sachet @ 11gr), 4 putih telur, Jeruk mandarin kalengan.
Aduk dalam panci agar-agar, gula dan air. Rebus hingga mendidih. Angkat dan sisihkan. Tuang nutrisari ke dalam agar-agar sambil terus diaduk sampai larut dan uap panas hilang. Sementara itu kocok putih telur hingga kaku. Masukkan larutan agar-agar yag sudah hangat sambil terus dikocok hingga rata. Tuang ke atas lapisan coklat. Hiasi atasnya dengan jeruk mandarin kalengan
Lapisan Strawberry:
2 bks agar-agar bubuk putih, 200 gr gula pasir, 8oo cc susu strawberry, 4 putih telur, strawberry/longan/lychee kalengan.
Caranya sami mawon kayak diatas, yah............
Note: Resep ini bisa untuk kurleb 20-30 gelas puding.
Kalau gw, personally agar lebih wangi ditambah dengan rhum sedikit di adonan isinya. Yummy....
Untuk ganache, panaskan 100ml susu lalu tambahkan 300gr DCC. Aduk sampai rata.
As for garlic bread, just mixed butter with chopped garlic. Slab it over the bread and bake it until crispy and turns gold. Enjoy...!!!
I found it's better to use small grate because it will make the string look more delicate and resemble to real bird's nest. Also, when I went to spupermarket to buy ingredients, I found that they sell this egg-like jelly. It's really cute and it's goes well with the theme.
Based on last experience, it's better to refrigerate it rather than put it in the freezer. The base is easier to cut, hehehe... :) I think this kind of dessert will be great if served with black coffee or plain tea. Bitterness meet with sweetness in your mouth...hmm....
